How do I post an ad?
To post an ad you must be a registered member. Registration is considered complete once payment has been received and your account has been activated. Your account is considered to be active upon receipt of confirmation e-mail. After registration has been completed, just click on the "Place My Ad" link on the left of main menu to launch the Post Wizard. Complete and submit the Post Wizard form. That's all there is to it...once the form is sent your ad is automatically created with any images you supplied and posted to the relevant categories as well.

Are there any restrictions on what I may post?
We are a family friendly service. Ads should not contain sexually explicit text or pictures, racist or socially inappropriate comments, or any harsh language. We reserve the right to edit or remove any ad posted which is in violation of the Terms and Conditions. Depending on the severity of the infraction your account may be deactivated and suspended or terminated altogether without refund.

How do I make changes to an ad?
Click on the "Manage My Ads" link of the main menu. Locate the ad you want to make changes to and click the Edit button to load that ad back into the Post Wizard. After making the necessary changes simply click the "Save Changes Icon" and you're done..

What do I do when I sell my item?
In the "Manage My Ads" section on the main menu, you will see an icon that says "Close", click this to close you add and then it will be placed in your closed ads section of the "Manage My Ads".

How do I remove an ad?
Go to the "Manage My Ads" section of the main menu, any ads that have been closed will go to the "Closed Ads" section in "Manage My Ads". From here you may select what ads you would like to permanently delete from the site. *Note, once you have preformed this action it is not reversible. You would not want to do this if you plan on relisting this ad latter.

How do I change my registration details?
Click on the "My Account link" on the left main menu. Use the link that says "Edit Your Registration", from here you can make any changes you need to in the form provided. Once the changes have been made, click the "Save" icon at the bottom of the form and your done.

How do I change my membership type?
Click on the "My Account link" on the left main menu. You will find a section under Billing/Payment that says "Edit Your Subscription", click on this and from here you may select to change your subscription or choose to renew it for another year. At this point we only have one different subscription to choose from, but this may change in the future.

How do I cancel my account?
Account cancellation is also not possible online. Please contact support if you wish to cancel.
